Chair Massage Events 


How does chair massage work?


  1. Design Your Event: Choose from a variety of options, including the number of attendees or massage therapists.
  2. Set Aside Space: Designate an area like a conference room or other space with low foot traffic. A 6' x 6' area is recommended per chair to allow the therapist adequate space to perform treatments. We will bring all of the necessary equipment.
  3. Relax: Enjoy the relaxing, mood-boosting benefits massage adds to any workplace or event. No special preparation or clothing removal is necessary.
  4. Planning a Chair massage Event: Each therapist can treat 3-4 people per hour, depending on session length:
    • 15 minutes (13 mins hands on) = 4 people per hour
    • 20 minutes (18 mins hands on) = 3 people per hour 

Corporate Chair Yoga & Yoga 


How does chair yoga or yoga work?


  1. Design Your Event: Choose from a variety of options, including the number of attendees.
  2. Set Aside Space: Designate an area like a conference room or other space. 
  3. Relax: The practice is introducing the basics of yoga postures (asanas), sequencing, healthy alignment and breath techniques (pranayama). You will receive personal attention from an experienced yoga teacher.
  4. Planning a Chair Yoga Event:
  • Lectures – Lunch and learn format or for special events
  • Workshops – Part lecture, part practical to gain skills to bring health to a certain aspect of life
  • Yoga or chair yoga classes – to reduce stress, improve productivity and energize the team.
